Information you choose to share

When online submissions are enabled and you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, city, selected service, message and optional telephone number. We use this information to respond, discuss the job and arrange service if agreed. Please do not include payment information, identification documents or other sensitive details.

Website enquiries

When online submissions are enabled, requests are processed through Cloudflare, stored in the website’s enquiry database and sent as an email notification to the business through Resend. Those service providers process the submitted details to deliver the request. Requests are accessible to authorized account administrators. When online submissions are not enabled, the website prepares an email draft for you to send yourself. If submission fails, the site offers email and telephone alternatives and does not claim your request was received.

To reduce abuse, a short-lived one-way identifier derived from the connecting IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. The form does not store your raw IP address. Requests should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed; contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry.

Email and telephone

If you use an email, text or telephone link, your chosen app and service provider handle that communication. Opening an email draft does not send it; you must send it yourself.

Cookies and third-party links

This website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Links to Google and Instagram open external services with their own privacy policies.
